Some years ago I discovered that there where something called UNESCO World Heritages.
While
doing visits to some of them I realized that you sometimes would have missed some really intersesting places. During the period 2013-2017 I have been more dedicated to do these travels and have had an average of around 25 visited sites/year
From 2018 and onwards I have made a change in my life and do not have an permanent employment so I can focus even more on my travels. Now my target is to do 2 overseas and 5 European travels per year. Instead
of shorter trips over weekends my travels will be around 10-15 days long and in total it will be 75 days of travel/year. The result will be visists to around 50 sites/year.
On this
"site" I will try to post some comments from each visit and one picture that I think represents the site in a good way. You will also see the rating 1-5 that we use in the community https://www.worldheritagesite.org/
to evaluate our visits to the different sites. It will give You a hint on what to expect. A value of 3.0 is worth the visit and 5.0 is unique on this planet and must not be missed.
I have also a top 10 list of my personal "favorites" or most memorable visits.
